RVRHS Appoints Dr. Karen Benton to Lead the District’s Next Chapter

RVRHS Appoints Dr. Karen Benton to Lead the District’s Next Chapter  The Rancocas Valley Regional High School District Board of Education has appointed Dr. Karen Benton as the district’s next Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Benton takes over the reins of the school from Dr. Christopher Heilig, who announced his retirement in July after 10 years of service. She will begin her new role in February. Principal Joe Martin Announces Retirement Mr. Joe Martin announced his retirement as RVRHS Principal effective July 1, 2026 serving in the role since July 2015. His message to the RV community follows.
January Students of the Month

January Students of the Month Congratulations to our January Students of the Month: 12th Grade–La’el Yates, 11th Grade–David Pizarro, 10th Grade–Sean Brower-Tricocci, and 9th Grade–Jelissa Adames. These students were recognized at the January 20th Board of Education meeting following a breakfast with the Principal that morning.

Congratulations to 2024 RV Alumnus, Bea Mikayla Faigal

Congratulations to 2024 RV Alumnus, Bea Mikayla Faigal Congratulations to 2024 RV alumnus, Bea Mikayla Faigal, who attends the School of Nursing at Rutgers University-New Brunswick and serves in Air Force ROTC Detachment 485, upon receiving the Silver Valor Award in late November. Bea relied on her medical training and military discipline to aid high school students experiencing heat exhaustion on a scorching summer evening at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Faigal and fellow ROTC cadets were helping as cadet training officers during a weeklong leadership course for Junior ROTC high school cadets on June 23 at Fort Dix on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, when temperatures reached into 90s with high humidity.
9th Annual Wrestling for Heroes Match
The 9th Annual Wrestling for Heroes Match will be on February 9th at RVRHS. After the Varsity Girls wrestling match/prior to the Varsity Boys wrestling match, we will be honoring our military and first responders in attendance as well as taking a moment to remember SGT Bryan Freeman, Jr. (RV Wrestling) and Trooper Sean Cullen (Cinnaminson Wrestling) who paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving and protecting our communities. The Rancocas Valley and Cinnaminson Wrestling programs are proud to host an event with such great importance in honoring our heroes and those who protect and serve.

RV Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

RV Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form The Rancocas Valley Athletic Hall of Fame was created to honor the outstanding athletes in the history of our great high school. This event occurs yearly during homecoming season and begins with nominations for achievements for RV athletics only. Please consider nominating a former athlete for the graduating year of 2001.

However, if there is a deserving candidate prior to those years, please complete this form using the following criteria: (1) Must have attended Rancocas Valley for ALL 4 years; (2) Must be an RV graduate; (3) Must be a varsity letter winner in one or more sports; (4) Must have made a significant contribution to athletic program; and (5) Must have been elected to an All County, All Division, All South Jersey, or State Team.

Project Lead the Way Application Open

Project Lead the Way Application Open Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Pathway to Engineering™ program offers a dynamic curriculum where students experience real-world hands-on learning. RV students interested in pursuing a career in engineering, biomechanics, aeronautics, or another applied math/science area are encouraged to participate in the PLTW program. Online application for incoming students and current RV 9th graders is open for 2026-2027 School Year beginning on January 5, 2026 and closes on March 6, 2026 at 5pm. RVRHS Learning Lounge

RVRHS Learning Lounge RV Learning Lounge is open to all students from 2:30pm-3:30pm Monday-Wednesday in the Media Center (1st Floor). Students are encouraged to attend for homework help, tutoring, assistance with study skills, or group work in any subject. See the attached flyer for details.

Families who may be eligible for free or reduced lunch, should download the form available on the School Lunch page or complete the online form available through the GENESIS Parent Portal. Pay Activity Fee Online
Rancocas Valley School District is pleased to offer online payments to our parents to pay for the Student Athletic/Activity Fee in addition to student lunch accounts beginning August 1st for the 2025-26 school year.
Student Registration
In order to attend Rancocas Valley Regional High School, you must reside within one of our five sending districts of Eastampton, Hainesport, Lumberton, Mount Holly or Westampton. RVRHS accepts a limited number of students residing outside of the district on a tuition-basis. RVRHS does not participate in the Public School Choice Program.
